February 18 Primary

January 27, 2025

Following a successful first week in office, President Trump has demonstrated his unwavering commitment to restoring America's prosperity and security. In 2024, our Election Integrity Program was one of the most effective nationwide, and we are determined to continue building on this success. Like President Trump, we hope to maintain transparency and security in Wisconsin's elections.

With early voting for the February 18th Primary just 9 days away, we need observers on the ground to ensure our electoral process remains fair and free. As we approach critical ballot issues in April it is imperative that we work proactively to promote election integrity across the state.

If you are interested in serving in one of these roles, please reply to this email to schedule your participation if you have not already done so!

This week we have two trainings to prepare you for upcoming early voting and election day assignments. Please join us to learn more about these topics on:

  • January 28th @ 6 PM via ZOOM (RSVP) [Election Observer & Workers]
  • January 31st @ 12 PM via ZOOM (RSVP) [Early Voting & Special Voting Deputies]

Thank YOU!

Letter from Mike Hoffman, Republican Party Election Integrity Team

Fellow Conservative,

I wanted to reach out just before the thanksgiving holiday and say how thankful the Republican Party Election Integrity Team is for each and every one of you. Whether you worked the polls or watched the polls, you made a significant contribution for a safe, secure, and transparent election.

On November 5th, the War Room got over 1,100 reports and over 250 more during Early Voting. The primary issue we heard related to observer access, we had reports of observer access issues coming from Hudson, Green Bay, Racine, and Milwaukee. The most pressing issue came from Milwaukee Central Count, where they delayed the start of processing and literally had to recount 30,000 ballots at around 4:00pm. We brought Senator Johnson and Chairman Schimming to Central Count where they were able to see how the City of Milwaukee was not prepared and did not have the staff to count these in a timely manner. After their visit, an email was sent to all city employees asking if they could come in and help finish the job.

We want to thank Eric Hovde for running for the United States Senate. He fought radical leftist Tammy Baldwin tooth and nail. He brought attention to critical issues that impact us right here at home like the crisis at the border and the reckless spending habits of Senator Baldwin and the Biden Administration. He actively supported election integrity efforts this year and will continue to be an advocate to improve our system of election administration.

WisGOP Chairman Schimming said, "Thank you Eric Hovde for running a hard-fought and honorable campaign against an entrenched career politician. Eric's campaign was focused on ideas not personal attacks which resulted in the second most votes in Wisconsin Republican history. We have a stronger party as a result of Eric's work."

Once again, I cannot thank you enough for your commitment for a safe, secure, and transparent election. We are 134 days away until we send a Republican to the State Supreme Court to take back the majority. Stay in this fight.

Best,

Mike Hoffman

WI Supreme Court Drop Box Decision

The Republican Party of Brown County is outraged by the recent decision of the Wisconsin Supreme Court to reinstate ballot boxes. This ruling undermines the integrity of our elections and blatantly disregards the laws designed to ensure a secure and transparent voting process. It also demonstrates the overt political bias of the liberal majority as they have overturned the same court's ruling from only 2 years ago when the majority wrote: “…ballot drop boxes are illegal under Wisconsin statutes. An absentee ballot must be returned by mail or the voter must personally deliver it to the municipal clerk at the clerk’s office or a designated alternate site.”

Ballot boxes compromise the fundamental principle of chain of custody, which is essential for maintaining the security and reliability of our votes. The use of ballot boxes introduces significant risks, including the potential for tampering and fraud, which erode public trust in our electoral system.

Wisconsin voters must question why liberals would insist on the use of ballot boxes when it is already easy for voters to vote in person or to mail in their ballots. This insistence only raises suspicions about their motives. Why push for a method that introduces unnecessary risks when secure alternatives are readily available?

We agree with Rep. Tom Tiffany' statement:  “Just after Wisconsinites voted overwhelmingly to bolster election integrity in the state, the liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court voted to overturn a previous precedent they set, effectively legalizing anonymous ballot box stuffing. This decision not only opens the door to potentially fraudulent activities but also undermines the expressed desires of Wisconsin voters.”

The Republican Party of Brown County will continue to fight for fair and secure elections.

WisGOP August 3, 2023 Statement

ICYMI: WisGOP, RNC, Rock and Walworth County GOP’s File to Intervene in Election Integrity Lawsuit

MADISON, Wis. — In case you missed it, the Republican Party of Wisconsin (WisGOP), Republican National Committee (RNC), along with Walworth County GOP, Rock County GOP, and RITE PAC filed to intervene in a recent election integrity lawsuit, Priorities USA v. Wisconsin Election Commission.

Last year, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that ballot drop boxes are not legal. The majority opinion clarified that, “only the legislature may permit absentee voting via ballot drop boxes. WEC cannot. Ballot drop boxes appear nowhere in the detailed statutory system for absentee voting. WEC’s authorization of ballot drop boxes was unlawful…”

Just days before the State’s highest court shifted to a far-left majority, national Democrats began their attack on Wisconsin election integrity. With a new liberal majority, national and Wisconsin Democrats are planning to misuse the court and make it their own arm of the Legislature. While national Democrats may want dark money and far-left policies to undermine Wisconsin elections, Wisconsinites want transparent and secure elections. Wisconsin Republicans will continue fighting to protect fair and free elections.

The charge by national Democrats to undo settled law is led by hyperpartisan and questionable characters like Hillary Clinton and Democrats’ go-to legal agitator, Marc Elias, and out-of-state dark money groups. While Democrats seek to undo voter protections like: requiring a witness signature on absentee ballots, pushing the “ballot curing” deadline to after Election Day, and reinstating unmonitored ballot drop boxes, Wisconsin Republicans are filing to ensure state statutes are followed.

“Despite the schemes of overtly far-left groups like Law Forward and the Elias Group, the Republican Party of Wisconsin will continue to ensure Wisconsin voters have full confidence in our elections. While Democrats attempt to undo common sense voting measures like requiring witness signatures on absentee ballots, we will continue to fight back against Democrat efforts to undermine safeguards every step of the way. Having safeguards in our elections should be a bipartisan issue; Wisconsinites in every corner of the state want fair and transparent elections.” — RPW Chairman Brian Schimming

“Wisconsin election integrity is under attack from far left dark-money groups bent on destroying basic voting safeguards, so the RNC, RPW, and RITE are legally intervening to ensure that Wisconsinites can have faith in their election process. As Democrats compete to see who can launch the most self-serving and frivolous attack on election integrity, Republicans remain committed to protecting your vote in the Badger State and nationwide.” – RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel
