To Our Members,

Like you, I have spent the last week in shock. I waited to write because so much has already been said, but I feel compelled to share a few thoughts and connect them back to our mission and our community. If you feel a sense of shock, indignation, sorrow, and emptiness at the loss of Charlie Kirk, you are not alone. He is irreplaceable, yet we should take solace in the fact that his death is igniting a movement both in the United States and across the world, stirring countless people who have had enough and are ready to reclaim their rights.

Charlie’s mission was never confined to politics. His true work was saving young people from indoctrination - rescuing them from the intellectual rot of an education system that for generations has taught hatred and contempt for American values and Western civilization. He knew that giving young people a voice of truth, love, and reason was the only way to preserve our country and our civilization. Only someone with his rare courage, intellect, and passion could have done it, and that is why his loss is being mourned across the world.

Through my own children’s eyes, I see how profoundly he affected our youth. For many under thirty, Charlie Kirk was a heroic guiding voice, offering light and an alternative path amid a culture of indoctrination and despair. He entered the lion’s den willingly, debating openly and fearlessly, embodying the great American spirit of free inquiry. His incredible success made him a target, and his murder is not only a personal tragedy but a direct attack on the principles he defended.

That so many on the left rejoice in the brutal murder of a father before his wife and children - a man who embodied the spirit of free and open debate - stands as tragic testament to the necessity of his mission.

Honest and open debate is the lifeblood of civilization. Yet the left, through taxpayer-funded universities, has trained a generation to believe that free speech itself is violence. When speech is treated as violence, the speaker becomes a dehumanized criminal, deserving punishment - even death. This poisonous idea - that words are weapons and therefore justify violence - is the most dangerous principle of all, for it makes persuasion impossible and force inevitable. As Charlie warned us, “when we stop talking, violence is the result.”

What does this mean for us?

We must take from his death this sobering truth: evil will always exist, and no one man will save us. Not President Trump. Not Charlie Kirk. There is no human savior. Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty, and that vigilance has always been our responsibility.

Not everyone can be Charlie Kirk. But each of us can do something.  We can better ourselves, strengthen our families, preserve our communities, and stand up for truth in whatever way we can - by speaking, volunteering, or supporting those on the front lines. Our own community and state face grave threats in the coming years. We cannot yield the field because we are busy or uncomfortable.

We must reject those who dehumanize us and make violence inevitable. We must act—in our schools, our churches, and our politics. Fight for pro-American values in education. Support leaders who truly represent us. Refuse to fund institutions that betray our fundamental values. Raise your voice, wherever and however you can.

To honor Charlie’s legacy, we must speak with greater clarity and act with greater resolve. Evil will always exist, but so will goodness. Our sacred duty is to guard the flame of liberty and pass it on, undimmed, to those who come after us.

The time for hesitation has passed. The time for vigilance, courage, and action is now.
